Grengin v0.3.2

Grengin is now open source under the Apache License 2.0, with reproducible source and Linux bundles for AMD64 and ARM64.

v0.3.2 Release

Grengin is now Apache 2.0 open source

Grengin v0.3.2 moves both public repositories to the Apache License 2.0. You can use, modify, embed, redistribute, resell, and host Grengin for third parties, including commercially and at any company size.

This release also introduces reproducible product bundles that pin the exact frontend and backend commits used to build each release:

  • Source bundles in ZIP and TAR.GZ formats
  • Complete Linux bundles for AMD64 and ARM64
  • Static grengin-api and sqlx-mcp binaries
  • Built frontend assets, license notices, release manifests, and SHA-256 checksums

The Grengin name and logo remain protected trademarks. Forks and third-party services should use their own branding; truthful references such as “built on Grengin” remain welcome.

Relicensed under the Apache License 2.0. Earlier releases remain under the Grengin Sustainable Use License they shipped with.
