Overview Dashboard

The Overview Dashboard is your landing page in the Control Hub. It gives you an at-a-glance snapshot of organization-wide activity over the last 30 days, plus quick links into the rest of the admin areas. Everything here is read-only, so it’s a safe place to start whenever you open the console.

Before you start

To see the Overview Dashboard you need the View Analytics permission, granted organization-wide. This is a stricter requirement than the rest of analytics: if your analytics access is limited to a single department, you’ll still be able to open Usage Analytics, but the global Overview won’t appear for you.

When you have the right access, Overview sits at the very top of the Control Hub navigation as a standalone item.

What you’ll see

The page loads its summary in a single pass when you open it. Depending on what’s happening, you’ll see one of three states:

Loading — a spinner while the snapshot is being fetched.
Error — a message explaining what went wrong, with a Retry button. Click Retry to request the snapshot again.
Loaded — the full dashboard, made up of three stacked sections described below.

There are no tabs or header actions. The only things you can interact with are the Retry button (when there’s an error) and the quick-link cards.

Quick Stats

Four metric cards summarize the trailing 30 days:

Total Users — your total user count, with the active-user count shown beneath it. Large numbers are abbreviated (for example, K for thousands, M for millions).
Total Requests — total request volume over the last 30 days.
Total Tokens — total token usage over the last 30 days.
Total Cost — total spend over the last 30 days, shown as a dollar amount.

The request, token, and cost cards each show a growth-rate tag comparing the period against the previous one. A green tag means the figure went up; a red tag means it went down. When a rate is exactly zero, no tag is shown.

Quick Links

A grid of cards lets you jump straight into the areas you manage. From here you can navigate to:

Users
Departments
Usage Analytics
Prompt Effectiveness
Settings
System Metrics

Select any card to go directly to that area.

Top Models

When there’s model activity to report, a Top Models table lists your most-used models, showing each model’s Model name, Provider, Requests, Tokens, and Cost. The table displays up to five models. If there’s no model usage in the period, this section is hidden entirely.

Good to know

The window is fixed to the last 30 days. Every figure on this page covers the trailing 30 days, and there’s no control to change the date range. The cards say “last 30 days” so the period is always clear.
No date, search, sort, or export controls. This is a summary surface only. For deeper, filterable views, head into Usage Analytics.
No auto-refresh. The snapshot is fetched once when you open the page. To get fresh numbers, reload the page (or, after an error, use Retry).
Growth tags only appear when there’s a change. A card with a flat (zero) growth rate simply shows no tag.
Top Models tops out at five rows and only appears when there’s model usage to show.
System Metrics is its own area. The quick link takes you there, but the monitoring view and its maintenance settings are covered separately.
