Changes to our legal documents

What changes

Contracting entity: LIVEHOPPER EURL, established in France, becomes the company responsible for grengin.com and paid Grengin services.
Governing law: the service terms move to French law and the Tribunal de commerce de Versailles.
Data processing: the revised documents describe EU processing and safeguards for access by our sub-processors.
Engineering and support: Perter Technology Solutions Private Limited is added as a sub-processor under a data processing agreement incorporating EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Open-source code: Perter remains the developer, copyright owner, and publisher of the code under Apache License 2.0. LIVEHOPPER owns the Grengin trademark, with registration pending at INPI.
Removed provisions: the service terms remove consumer provisions, Indian arbitration and officer sections. The documents confirm that Apache 2.0 permits hosting the software. Paid offerings are for businesses and professionals.
